How to choose
- Go by volume first. Picture the pile in pickup-truck loads and match it to the "holds" column.
- Then check weight. Concrete, dirt, tile, and shingles are heavy. A bin can hit its weight allowance long before it's full. Overage is billed per ton, prorated.
- When in doubt, size up. A larger bin costs less than a second delivery.
- Check your space. Allow room for the bin plus the truck backing in, and clearance overhead.
About the 6-yard
The 6-yard is made for small, quick jobs: up to 3 days and ½ ton of weight. We deliver it in our 10-yard bin so you have room to spare. For anything bigger or longer, the 10-yard is the better value.
